- Monitoring customer feedback
- Monitoring competitor
- Representing the company at product launches, events and trade shows
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum HSC
- Outspoken personality
- Prior experience in a customer service and sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, approachable and outgoing personality
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work flexible hours
